Read the product description and the related Shipping, Return and Refund, Payment and Privacy policies before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting commercial term.
Product selection
Review the stated brand, model or reference, condition, dimensions, bracelet or strap size, movement, functions, accessories and documents supplied with the particular watch.
Do not infer a manufacturer warranty, water-resistance rating or other specification from a photograph. Ask us about a missing detail before purchasing.
Any product-specific manufacturer warranty must be described with the relevant item and remains separate from our obligations as seller. We do not make an additional blanket manufacturer-warranty promise in these terms.
Prices and payment
Our store currency is USD. Checkout shows the selected goods, discounts, shipping charge and any tax collected before payment. Use a method actually available in checkout.
A provider may place an authorization before a final charge; the status and release process depend on that provider.
We do not increase an existing order's price, impose an undisclosed fee or substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
If an availability or material listing issue affects fulfillment, we contact you about an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund.
Processing and delivery
Current orders are dispatched from [ACTUAL DISPATCH COUNTRY] to eligible United States addresses.
Allow 1–3 business days after order and payment confirmation for processing. Free standard shipping has no minimum order value and takes an estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimate of 8–15 business days.
These delivery business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Convenience cancellation
For new orders under this version, submit a request within 15 minutes after ordering. We use the time the request reaches us and assess whether fulfillment can still be stopped; a request is not itself confirmation.
Later requests are assisted where possible. Address corrections are separate.
For an accepted cancellation, we initiate the refund due to the original payment method within 5 business days after confirming acceptance, or release an uncaptured authorization as applicable.
A whole order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full. Payment-provider posting is separate. Shorter mandatory deadlines prevail.
This convenience process does not limit an applicable statutory withdrawal right.
Commercial returns and refund processing
Request an eligible commercial return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Follow the return instructions and send the authorized return within 14 calendar days after receiving complete instructions.
Returns are sent to our designated address in the United States. Ordinary change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer at the actual carrier cost.
For defects, damage, incorrect supply or our error, we cover the appropriate return cost. There is no restocking fee.
After receipt, inspection and approval, we initiate a commercial return refund within 1–3 business days after approval. A bank or provider commonly needs an additional 3–5 business days, with variation possible.
Our return and refund administration uses Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

Mandatory withdrawal and product remedies
Where French statutory distance-selling rules apply, the usual withdrawal notice period is 14 calendar days counted from the day after delivery, followed by a 14-day return-dispatch period after notification.
A clear withdrawal notice does not require prior approval. Statutory reimbursement rules, including any permitted withholding until goods or return evidence are received, take priority over commercial approval timing.
Where French statutory conformity protection applies, it generally covers goods for two years from delivery. Available repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation remedies depend on the legal conditions and remain our responsibility as seller.
French hidden-defect protection, where applicable, is separate and generally allows action within two years after discovery.
Other mandatory consumer rights remain available. A commercial or manufacturer warranty does not replace them.
Support and disputes
Contact us first so we can review a product, delivery or billing concern.
You retain any applicable right to complain to a competent authority, use a legally available dispute process or bring a claim before a competent court.
We do not impose an exclusive foreign forum or remove non-waivable consumer protection.
Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights or more favorable commitments attached to an order already placed.
